Rapid Impact Compaction (RIC)

The RIC method is a surface treatment alternative to the DC approach, effective up to depths of 5 meters. It is often used with dynamic soil densification and vibro compaction techniques to improve topsoil quality. With fewer vibrations produced compared to dynamic soil densification, the RIC method is particularly suited for areas close to existing structures.
